### Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product, size, quantity, delivery address and contact information, are correct before completing payment.
Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible as processing may begin immediately.
### Product Information
Fiddy and Such products are predominantly handmade Malaysian batik pieces.
As each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations in colour, brush strokes, pattern placement, wax lines and finishing may occur. These natural variations are part of the character and authenticity of handmade batik and are not considered defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
### Sizing
Customers are advised to refer to the sizing information provided on the relevant product page before placing an order.
Measurements are taken manually and slight measurement variations may occur.
### Preorder Items
For preorder items, the estimated delivery timeline will be stated in the respective product description.
By purchasing a preorder item, customers acknowledge and agree to the estimated production and delivery timeline stated on the product page.
As our batik pieces are handcrafted, production may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, drying processes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any significant changes to the estimated timeline will be communicated where applicable.
If ready-stock and preorder items are purchased within the same order, the entire order will generally be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
### Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
Fiddy and Such reserves the right to update product prices, promotions and availability at any time.
Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed and paid.
### Promotions, Discount Codes & Reward Points
Promotional codes, vouchers, discounts and reward points are subject to their respective terms, conditions and validity periods.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined.
Reward points have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Fiddy and Such reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue its rewards programme where reasonably necessary.
### Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, artwork, photographs, illustrations, graphics, text, logos and branding, belongs to Fiddy and Such unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use of our content is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
