### Order Processing
Ready-stock orders are normally processed within *1–3 working days* after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays and peak sale periods.
During new launches, major promotions or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
### Preorder Items
For preorder purchases, please refer to the *estimated delivery timeline stated in the respective product description*.
By purchasing a preorder item, customers acknowledge and agree to the estimated production and delivery timeline stated on the product page.
As our batik pieces are individually handcrafted, production timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, drying processes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any significant changes to the estimated timeline will be communicated where applicable.
### Orders Containing Ready Stock & Preorder Items
If ready-stock and preorder items are purchased together in the same order, the entire order will generally be shipped *once all items are ready*, unless otherwise stated.
Customers who wish to receive ready-stock items separately are advised to place them in a separate order.
### Shipping Within Malaysia
We ship throughout Malaysia, including *Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak*.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping method.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier service and destination.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
### International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries.
Available destinations and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Rates may vary depending on destination, parcel weight and courier service.
International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal or courier services, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
*Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated at checkout.*
Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority, courier or local authority.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Fiddy and Such can legally be imported into their destination country.
Fiddy and Such is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or parcels held by customs due to local import requirements.
### Tracking Information
Once your parcel has been processed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.
Please ensure your email address, phone number and delivery address are complete and accurate before completing your purchase.
International customers should provide a valid contact number that can be reached by the local courier where required.
### Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Fiddy and Such will not be responsible for unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
### Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photographs or videos where applicable.
We will assist in investigating the matter with the relevant courier.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Fiddy and Such will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated processing or preorder timeline.
